• You may not claim the original game as your own creation or remove original credits
• All sales are final — no refunds once source code has been delivered
• Support and customization beyond what is included in the package is available at an additional fee

For custom game development projects, a separate written agreement will be provided detailing deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and ownership rights.
